Our formulations are free from sulphates, parabens, GMOs, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances/colours, drying alcohols, phthalates, silicones* and petrochemical cleansers*.

Yes, our products are suitable for all hair types and scalp conditions.

Our product formulation revolves around non-toxic ingredients, meticulously evaluated by our team of scientists to cater to individuals with sensitive skin and scalps. It's advisable to consult a healthcare practitioner before incorporating our products into your routine due to the presence of natural oils and citrus extracts that could trigger sensitivity. Should any irritation arise, discontinue use promptly and seek medical guidance. For those with heightened scalp sensitivity, we recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Please refer to the product for shelf life. Our products have a 24 month shelf life (unopened). For optimal preservation, we recommend storing all our products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Our tubes are innovatively designed to prevent bacteria entering the product, ensuring your product remains fresh for use. Our products have an unopened shelf life of 24 months.

Our Oceanic Renewal Hair Masque is multi-faceted and replaces a conditioner, intense treatment, scalp exfoliant and treatment for growth & strength. For a consistent treatment, we recommend using the Masque in replace of conditioner and other treatments at least two times per week.

For those with normal hair, we recommend washing and using the Oceanic Renewal Hair Masque at least 1-3 times per week. If you have dry hair, we highly suggest applying the treatment for up to 15 minutes, twice weekly in replace of conditioner.

Use our Scalp Renewal Brush to deeply massage OVEV products, including our Oceanic Renewal Hair Masque, into your hair follicles using circular motions for 3 to 5 minutes. After completing the treatment time, rinse out the Oceanic Renewal Hair Masque.

If you believe you've received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at customercare@ovevwellness.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please ensure you provide order number information and photographs of the damaged or faulty product.

Once your order is shipped and the tracking link becomes available from Australia Post, you will receive comprehensive trackcing information to monitor its delivery progress. We recommend you check your Junk/Spam folders as our emails may be mis-directed there. If you do locate our emails there, please move customercare@ovevwellness.com to your acceptable list of receipients.

Should items remain uncollected at Australia Post, the order will be returned to OVEV. If this occurs, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@ovevwellness.com, and we'll gladly arrange for your order to be resent to you. Please note that there will be a $12 shipping fee for this service, and we regret that we cannot issue refunds for uncollected items.

OVEV is committed to ensuring that your wellness products arrive in packaging that is 100% recyclable, made from cardboard and paper. The ink used in our packaging, sourced from soy extract, preserves its recyclable nature.

Our tubes are crafted from a blend of virgin (polyethylene terephthalate - PET) and post-consumer recycled plastic (known as recycled PET - rPET), ensuring full recyclability, without compromising the quality of the tube packaging. This means our tubes have been made from recycled plastic that has been repurposed, which could have ordinarily reached landfill, or our beaches and oceans. This initiative serves to curtail the plastic waste generated by the beauty industry, aligning our efforts with a sustainable future.

Make the most of every bit before discarding your 100% PET/PCR recyclable tubes. To ensure no goodness is wasted, cut the tube open from the top. Afterward, give it a rinse with warm water and pop it into your kerbside recycling bin in line with your local council's guidelines.
